Is CSS Scan worth it?

Updated October 29, 2026

Short answer

CSS Scan is worth it if you mainly want to read and copy a site's original CSS rules, with relative units, states and media queries intact. It costs a one-time license of about $59 to $95, with no free tier in the extension. If you want a ready-to-paste Tailwind, React or Blade component, or a free plan, another tool may fit better.

What you get

On the Chrome Web Store it had 10,000 users and a 3.3 rating from 101 ratings when we checked on 16 October 2026.
